Hayden is the Project Coordinator of the Caribbean Cooperative Measurement, Reporting and Verification Hub (MRV Hub), with the Windward Islands Research & Education Foundation (WINDREF). Hayden leads the administrative and logistical coordination of the MRV Hub project in the region.

Hayden is a life-long advocate for the protection of the environment and, in particular, the protection and restoration of biodiversity. This passion is evident in all he does from home to the office.

Through an extensive career in banking and financial management, Hayden has acquired a wealth of financial management experience along with significant experience in project management and business process re-engineering. More recently, from December 2015 to September 2018 Hayden worked as the Coordinator of the Secretariat of the Caribbean Challenge Initiative (CCI). CCI is a regional coalition of 11 Countries, each pledged to protect and effectively manage at least 20% of their marine and coastal environment.

Hayden brings a unique perspective as a citizen of a small island developing state and a professional with limited knowledge of green-house gas (GHG) inventory management, which has been an asset to the team in developing the training programs for the region. His active participation and feedback have improved content and delivery to suite the region and its circumstances. Most recently, Hayden has been nominated to undergo formal online training towards certification in GHG Inventory Management.
